Philosophy
All of the horses at MainSpring Dressage are prepared quietly and confidently. Every horse is treated as an individual and trained accordingly. Classical principle teach us philosophy, technique, feel, and empathy. This system applies to horses and riders.

At MainSpring Dressage, I try very hard to create thinking riders. From this, independent riding is created, and my students find their free riding time is just as productive and enjoyable as their lessons. To often I see riders struggling with their horses if their trainer is not present. This tells me there is a learning gap that needs to be addressed right away. When riders are thinking independently, they start riding for the right reasons.
